The “Christianity” being promoted and paraded on these news screens is not Christianity at all. What we are witnessing right now is no different than colonizers claiming “Christianity” while slaughtering Native Americans and stealing their land. It’s no different slave masters professing to be “Christian” while enslaving Africans. It’s no different than members of the KKK preaching “Christianity” on Sunday morning and then burning down Black churches in the afternoon.
What we are witnessing is white supremacy attempting to cover itself up with a cross. It doesn’t work that way. The cross is a symbol of Christ covering our sins with His blood - the cross IS NOT a cover to keep sinning. Jonathan McReynolds put it well when he said, “To them, anything goes if they put a cross somewhere.” I wholeheartedly believe that quote. They use God’s Name in vain as a smokescreen or as a means to “justify” their actions. Their actions aren’t justified.
Do not be fooled and be not deceived. This is not Christianity. It is shameful, foolish and utterly sinful, a slap in the face of God to parade a Nazi flag, confederate flags, etc. alongside a “Jesus Saves” flag as if they align. Do we not fear God?
It is extremely infuriating to see how “believers” have behaved throughout history on up to this present day. To know of people who’ve left the Church or decided to not come to know Christ because of how He has been portrayed and how His Name has been used in vain by hate groups makes my blood boil. I am hurt and angry about. I won’t be silent about it or water down it’s seriousness to appease anyone’s feelings. This needs to end! Repentance is in order!
We can say, “if they left God, they never really knew Him,” all we want but the fact of the matter is, WE are Heaven’s ambassadors. WE are God’s representatives in the earth. WE are the only Bible some people will ever read. The world is watching us. WE hold a responsibility.
We will have to answer for how we conducted ourselves and mishandled the Name of the Lord.

If you recognize that you've been fooled, don’t be too embarrassed or ashamed to acknowledge and admit it. Don’t be too prideful or ashamed to change your mind and repent. Christ gave you that right. You can repent.
